Child/Parent Meditation + Reiki With Diandra Persaud & Jennifer Diguer Class Description This 75 minute class provides an opportunity for both children and adults to turn inwards an access deeper levels of awareness through a guided meditation and gentle Reiki experience. This meditation includes traditional Indian techniques: • Opening Mantras (chants) • Basic Pranayama (breathwork) • Guided + Silent Meditation • Holy Fire Reiki by a certified Reiki Master + Teacher Reiki is used at different points throughout the meditation to provide a deepening of relaxation, release blockages, gently initiate healing and create balance in the body. We offer a safe space for everyone to share experiences and connect with others after the meditation. How to Prepare Feel free to bring your favourite blanket or yoga cushion and wear simple, comfortable attire. Seating is conveniently provided and is available on a first come first serve basis. For those who prefer to lie down, please bring your own yoga mat. Eat a clean light diet throughout the day, preferably vegetarian and stay hydrated! Exchange Meditations are based on an exchange of $30 +taxes per adult & child pair. Additional child attendees can be added for $15.00.
